I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer as well as a Figure Competitor. I had a weight loss goal and went on to not only acheive that goal but that inspired me to enter my first figure competition and get certified so to help others acheive their personal fitness goals as well.
First I will discuss with you what your fitness goals are as well as any health issues so to impliment the perfect plan for you. Take measurements and photo for our before and after shots. Set up a fitness plan and meal plan for you to follow. I will be with you every step of the way not only for our one on one visits but also everyday that you need me with questions concerning your meal plans and new healthy lifestyle but also what you will be doing when we are not together. 24/7 support!!
