I have taught yoga classes at all ends of the spectrum; To fellow male friends in the boxing/mma world, to prenatal, and mommy and me yoga at the local maternity yoga studio, and I am equally comfortable teaching anything in between. I typically work with younger adults aged 18-35 however any and all ages are welcome. I am a 200-hr certified yoga instructor.

I am not a collegiate athlete myself, however I have been practicing the art of yoga for over 6 years and am very advanced in my own personal practice. I have completed Astanga up until the end of second series poses.

A typical session with me would largely depend on you! I have no set group of poses or sequences that I repeat over and over, rather, I ask my students how they are feeling that day and what areas of the body in particular they would like the practice to focus on. I build my class around that knowledge combined with my in depth knowledge of the human body, to create a meaningful practice.
