As a yoga therapist, I've had the honor of working with clients ranging from 15-85. I've guided clients who are working through knee replacements, spinal fusions, vertigo, chronic lower back pain, anxiety, and a variety of musculoskeletal imbalances. I teach group classes and lead teacher trainings full-time for Corepower Yoga Los Angeles. As a self-proclaimed "anatomy geek" I lead lectures throughout Los Angeles in yoga anatomy and how to adapt a yoga practice for those working through injuries. I am a 500-hr graduate from the Yoga Therapy program (YTRX) at LMU and have also trained in Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC. I look forward to creating a practice together that will bring you ease and JOY!

With a background in dance, I developed a yoga practice 10 years ago, and it was love at first downward facing dog! Although what initially drew me to my yoga practice was a desire to get fit, my personal yoga practice truly shifted to a more breath-centered moving meditation when I was touring the country with a musical for year. It has became my greatest tool for self-care.

I open each session asking my students about their goals for their personal practice. Our initial conversation discussing goals, previous injuries, and an intention of how you would like to feel during and after your yoga practice will give me the tools to create safe, accessible, and fun practice that will meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility and range of motion, cultivate tools to manage stress, or help with chronic pain, I am here to serve your yoga needs all with a dose of light-hearted humor.
