Fitness & Nutrition Plan:
Meet with coach weekly or bi-weekly. discuss your goals and process. Receive personalized fitness nutrition assessment, meal plan, evaluation and ongoing coaching. Personalized nutrition education on cooking and meal prepping.

Weekly Online Exercise sessions:
Sessions will consist of endurance and strength training. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Bring an exercise mat, a bottle of water, and a towel.

Coach Kachi is very passionate and knowledgeable about the game of basketball. He teaches drills that not only help with the physical part of the game, but also the mental side. He is patient and provides meaningful feedback throughout the session. Kachi really pushes you to challenge yourself and get better. Overall, a great coach.

Great Coach! My son really enjoyed his sessions with Coach Kachi. Intense sessions that worked on his ball handling, pivoting and shooting. Coach was great for building his confidence - reminding him that the game is mental as well as it is physical.

Coach Onyekachi is outstanding. He is helping my daughter who is a 10th grader in high school get ready for varsity try outs at her school. He is excellent at building confidence.
I highly recommend him in coaching.
My daughter had been doing two on one training in Foxboro with different coaches and likes this coach the best.

Coach Onyekachi is a great coach. I am in the middle of doing 10 sessions with him. I recommend doing at least 3+ so he has the opportunity to learn your game and learn what you need/want worked on. He focuses on fundamental skills and will help you where you ask to be helped.

He has been very insightful and focused on both refining my skills and developing my basketball IQ. In the few sessions we've had, he's challenged me mentally and physically and is making sure I get the most out of each session.

Outside of that he's a very nice guy and is good at keeping you motivated through-out the session. I'd recommend him to anyone, and I plan on continuing with him in the future.
