More About Coach Justin
I have extensive experience training athletes across all ages, levels, and skill sets. I’ve worked with youth players just beginning to develop fundamentals, high-school and collegiate athletes preparing for the next level, as well as pro-level competitors looking to refine specific aspects of their game. I’ve coached and trained athletes from recreational programs all the way through Division I environments, tailoring training to the needs of the athlete and their goals.
I competed at the Division I collegiate level after an accomplished high-school and junior-college career. I played varsity basketball as a freshman in high school and earned First Team honors in both high school and junior college. At the JUCO level, I helped lead my team to an undefeated conference season before transferring to play Division I, where I was a team leader.
A typical session with me is built around game-realistic situations and skill work that translates directly to competition. I focus heavily on ball-handling, shot preparation, finishing, and decision-making—teaching athletes how to create advantages and get easy, efficient buckets.
Workouts include live reps, competitive drills, and repetition of high-value skills that build confidence, IQ, and pace. The goal is immediate translation to real gameplay and consistent improvement in overall skill development.
