I run my sessions based on the weaknesses and goals of the player. A lot of times players or parents have something specific they want to practice. A one-hour session with me is high intensity and focus a lot of the basics and fundamentals of the game rather than doing a bunch of unsuitable drills that look cool to do but really aren't helping the player. I still train and play basketball to this day. So a lot of my conditioning and drills I do for myself and other professionals I do with my clients.
