More About Coach Justin
I have coached boys and girls high school track for 7 seasons at Deer Valley High School in Glendale, Arizona. I have had several athletes work with me after high school in between collegiate competition as well. I’ve coached 2 state champion teams and 11 state champions. I’ve been a member of the Arizona State Selection chair for the Great Southwest T&F Classic where I’ve had 5 athletes with top 5 finishes.
I competed in 4 different varsity sports in high school including all region 3 years in football and all state in track 2 years. I competed at the same high school I coached at, Deer Valley HS in Glendale, AZ.
I look forward to fundamentals of stretching and nutrition, sprinting/ hurdle technique and rhythm drills, core strengthening, plyometric implementation. I believe in building champions through strong character and a competitive drive.
