More About Coach Justin
I started coaching a 6th grade aau team when I was in high school and fell in love with it. I then moved on to coaching at the division 1 level after my collegiate career. This last year I spent coaching Xavier University in Cincinnati. I have worked with kids as young as 8 and as old as high level division 1.
Individual accolades never motivated me, wins did. My biggest accomplishment was getting a d1 scholarship and being able to compete at the highest level. I attended University of Louisiana at Monroe, a division 1 program in the Sun Belt conference.
A client can expect a highly planned, very specific session. After the first session which I use to get a general idea of the athletes skill level, every session after has a purpose. A workout should never be 2 1/2 or 3 hours long, my workouts are very detailed and catered to the athlete. My goal is to grow little sections of your game until you are able to do anything on the basketball floor and comfortable enough to get to that move/skill in a game.
