More About Coach Justine

I am an ACE certified personal trainer, PN1 & NCI certified nutrition coach, and former D1 softball athlete (Baylor).

I am the CEO and head coach of Justine Young Fitness where I have helped hundreds of busy people gain strength and get toned without excessive training or a miserable diet. I help people feel good in their clothes again and have more energy for their families and careers. I take a holistic approach to fitness, assessing everything from stress, sleep, performance and diet to ensure optimal results and results that last long term.

I have also coached middle school through college aged girls in softball, helping them develop strength and skills to play at the next level. I was an outfielder at Baylor University where we played in the Big 12 conference and finished 4th in the Women's College World Series.

I'm passionate about helping girls take their softball game to the next level and also learn the mindset tools needed to overcome adversity, stay level headed, and become the best player possible.

My mission in my fitness business is to help career driven professionals put themselves first again. To take care of their health and well being, to feel empowered and strong through fitness so that they can show up as their best selves to work and their families.

I grew up playing just about every sport. In high school I was the captain of my field hockey team and softball team. Then I went on to play play college softball at Baylor University. During my time at Baylor we competed at the highest level and finished 4th in the country at the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City. I won the scholar athlete award for excellence in the classroom and on the field.

I start off by getting to know a potential client - understanding their training and dieting history, any potential injuries, preferences and lifestyle to come up with a plan that is as efficient as possible. Every client is different and has different goals so all training sessions are unique to the individual. I focus on good form and technique before adding weight and progressing.

Each session will be based off the client's specific goals: A dynamic warm up, mobility work, strength and conditioning to build lean muscle, and discussing overall plan. As I love to help people with nutrition + lifestyle coaching that will support their training.
