My thing before getting started with Justine, was that I was stuck. I tried many different apps and diets, different classes and nothing was really helping me. I felt like I was doing all the right things to lose weight and now I just realize it was pretty much the opposite of that. I reached out to Justine and we've been working together now just over a year and to this day there are still so many things I learn along the way. For me it has just become so much easier. I have gained strength, lost 20lbs, but I no longer stress about food or if what I'm doing is right or wrong. I worked with Justine for a three month period in 2022. She made me feel comfortable from the start and really changed the way that I think about my fitness and wellness journey. She reminded me of how strong I am, physically and mentally, and helped me understand how to best reach my aesthetic goals in a way that was both realistic and (most importantly) heatlthy!
