More About Coach Justine
I’ve trained athletes from elementary to high school level, focusing on building confident scorers through footwork, shooting technique, and mental toughness. I specialize in post play, shot development, and game IQ — not just drills, but full-player development. My clients come to work, and I give them a plan built on purpose, not fluff. I’ve coached private clients, youth athletes in clinics, and mentor players looking to take their game to the next level.
I played Division I basketball at the University of California, Berkeley, where I was a two-year team captain and known for my leadership, physicality, and post play. As a player, I earned Pac-12 accolades and competed against some of the top programs in the country. That experience fuels my coaching — I’ve lived the grind, and I teach what it really takes to win.
Each session is designed with intention — no wasted reps, no fluff. I typically start with dynamic movement prep, followed by footwork drills and tailored shooting progressions based on the athlete’s goals and current ability. Whether we’re working in the post or expanding a player’s range, I coach through reps with constant feedback, teaching not just what to do, but why. I also build in moments for mental skill work — decision-making, poise, and confidence under pressure. Every session ends with a short review to reinforce takeaways and prep for next steps.
