I have been coaching high school football and training athletes for 13 years. For the last 11 years I have been an Assistant Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator at Monroe Twp HS. During this time I have coached every position (Offensive and Defensive) on the football field. I have coached multiple Division 1 Football players from many different high Schools and have the experience to work with any age group from 1st grade on up. I am certified in Health and Physical Education, K thru 12. I truly believe that through my 25 years of experience, I have accumulated the skills, drills, and technique to coach and train ANY POSITION in football.

I was a Captain and played Quarterback for Neptune Senior High School. During my tenure at QB, I led my team to the Group 3 Sectional Title game twice. We won the Title in 1995 and were ranked the #1 team in NJ by the Asbury Park Press. I was 1st team all shore, 2nd team all state, and was 1 of 12 in the tri-state area to be awarded with the New York City Down Town Athletic Clubs High School Heisman Award. I was recently voted by the Asbury Park Press as one of the greatest players in Shore Conference history. After high school, I received a full scholarship to play in the Big Ten Conference at the University of Illinois. I later transferred to Western Carolina University were I played for 3 Years. As an Assistant Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator I won a Group 3 state championship with the 2009 Monroe Falcons over the Middletown South Eagles.

A typical session with me would last for 1 hour or longer. The training session will be tailored to the specifics of the position played by the client. It will also be tailored to strengthen that player's individual weaknesses and to exemplify their strengths. This will be done in a fast paced manner to also maximize the client's conditioning.
