Typically I like to start out with a warm up, consisting of ball-handling, dynamic stretching and form shooting. Next moving into particular areas of focus as indicated by the individual. In cases that a player wants to focus on their overall game, I'll put the individual through a series of college/pro level drills varying the amount of reps and duration of time needed to complete each drill, depending on the age/skill level.

Client Reviews
Gordon (CoachUp client)
Sounds like my son is really liking his coaching sessions. I would absolutely recommend Coach Justin to others!
Former ABA Head Coach, Kitsap Admirals-Chris Koebelin (Testimonial)
Justin is as professional as they come when it comes to the sport of basketball. As an athletic, talented, and focused basketball player, Justin's greatest attribute is his ability to lead by example and work on his game tirelessly. Justin was the most coachable athlete I have ever had the pleasure of working with as well as the most driven. Justin's understanding of the game and willingness to always learn is what separates him from his peers. As great a player as he is, his knowledge, and commitment to team will make him a fantastic coach as well.
Professional Shooting and Offensive Scoring Coach-Mike Phelps (Testimonial)
Justin is a very hard working and trustworthy professional. He is very talented and has a great deal to offer as a basketball player and as a basketball coach. I highly recommend for whatever basketball position he would decide to pursue.
