All athletes are given a SWOTT Analysis to complete prior to training with me. Nothing is done for the masses, everything is done for the individual. If it is an evaluation session then we go through testing for the major areas of athletic performance:

- Speed, Agility and Quickness
- Anaerobic
- Olympic Lifts

If there are specific deficiencies that my client would like to focus on, this will be focused on when we go over our SWOTT Analysis together. We will build a daily, weekly, monthly and annual training schedule together for full time clients.

Coach Justin was very thorough during my son initial training session. Coach Justin demonstrated a thorough understanding of basketball including the intangibles. He provided a detailed assessment of where my son is currently. And Coach Justin provided a realistic view of his goal to help my son improve. We are looking forward to the next training session to see our the journey progresses.

I would like to say that I enjoyed the coaching session with Justin tremendously. I actually performed the warm up part of the session and found myself sore for the next couple of days. My son who is 12 years old expressed to me after the training session that at first he was not sure how much fun it would be, but he said he could not wait for the next session. I chose Justin because of his biography and that Justin would make my son the best athlete and basketball player. We can not wait until Justin gets well enough to have another session.
