With over eight years of experience as a Fitness Professional and Strength Training Coach, I have developed a robust understanding of the unique physical and mental demands placed on student-athletes. My journey in fitness began with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and optimizing athletic performance. This passion has fueled my dedication to creating tailored training programs that cater to the specific needs of young athletes, allowing them to thrive in their respective sports.

During my two years as the Strength Training Coach at Gregorio Luperon High School, I had the privilege of working closely with a diverse group of student-athletes. My role involved not only enhancing their physical abilities but also instilling a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. I employed various strength training techniques and conditioning drills to help them improve their performance on the field and in their sports competitions. Witnessing their growth and successes was incredibly rewarding and reinforced my commitment to helping young athletes achieve their goals.

Currently, I work with individuals ranging from ages seven and up, focusing on building strength, endurance, and overall athletic development. My approach includes introducing age-appropriate training methods that prioritize safety and promote lifelong fitness habits. By fostering a positive and encouraging environment, I aim to inspire my clients to push their limits and reach their full potential, ensuring that they not only excel in their sports but also develop essential life skills along the way.

I played four years of high school baseball, and in my second year, our team reached the PSAL championship game at Brooklyn Cyclones Stadium. That experience ignited my passion for fitness and athletic performance.

This pivotal moment laid the foundation for my future endeavors in fitness and coaching.

When I transitioned to college, I continued my journey in athletics by playing baseball for a year. However, I soon realized that my true calling was not just to excel on the field but to empower others in their fitness journeys. This led me to dedicate myself to earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Through my education, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the human body, exercise principles, and the physiological aspects of athletic performance. This knowledge has equipped me with the tools necessary to guide others in their pursuit of fitness.

My ultimate goal is to help individuals achieve their fitness aspirations while supporting young athletes in enhancing their performance in their respective sports. I am passionate about creating tailored training programs that not only focus on physical strength and endurance but also emphasize mental resilience and discipline. By fostering a supportive environment, I aim to inspire and motivate others, enabling them to realize their full potential both on and off the field.

I start my training process with a comprehensive fitness or athletic assessment to thoroughly understand each client's unique needs and goals. This initial assessment includes taking body measurements, recording body weight, and calculating body fat percentage. By gathering this information, I gain valuable insights into the client's current fitness level, which allows me to identify areas for improvement and target specific objectives effectively. This foundational step is crucial in creating a personalized experience that caters to the individual’s aspirations, ensuring they receive the right support from the outset.

In addition to the quantitative measurements, I conduct movement-based evaluations encompassing various activities such as swings, sprints, catches, and throws. These evaluations help me assess the client's functional abilities and identify strengths and weaknesses in their movement patterns. By observing how they perform these fundamental athletic tasks, I can develop a structured workout plan that promotes balanced progress toward their goals.
