I'm currently certified as a USA Judo Coach. I coached the Haitian national junior team from 2005 - 2007, and at FIU (Florida International University ) 2008 - 2009.

Head coach at Deprez Judo Club from 2011 to present. Towers of Quayside from July 2013 to present.

Work as a fitness coach since 2011

I'm an 8-time national gold winner and 3-time World Cup participant (2005 Egypt, 2007 Brazil, 2013 Brazil), as well as a 4-time Caribbean gold medalist. I won a Gold Medal and MVP at the Barbados international tournament and Silver Medal in Cuba (2007), as well as a Gold Medal at the Florida Open in 2013.

A workout with me is fun, with discipline and respect. I have a good personality and I enjoy starting with beginners and seeing them grow. The main focus is to create confidence and trust in my clients, and make them feel they can do anything and everything is possible. I'm a dynamic coach, a good leader; I don't just tell you what to do things, I actually give examples and do it with you. I push my clients to their limit but understand when to stop.
