I am a recent graduate of The University of Mount Union. Physical education is what I majored in because my life almost revolves around being active, fit, and playing sports. I have worked football camps at The University of Ohio Northern, The Hall of Fame (Canton), and the YMCA. Also have done personal training sessions for friends, family and people that asked for my assistance. Those training sessions consisted of weightlifting, fitness, basketball and football skills. I have worked with children and adults (6years old and up).

I have won a national title in football with Mount Union (Division 3).
I was an All-Conference player while I played.
I just currently signed with an IFL team out in Montana.
My hit on another football player went worldwide ( Joshua Scott knocks Ohio Northern player out).

Stretching will be first key because it's very important for any athlete or person in general.
You can expect me to be in your best interest. Following that statement, you can expect me to work you to your potential plus more. Depending on the individual will determine if we will take small or big steps to specific goals.
