I can work with all ages and with my Physical Education background I will ensure that training is developmentally appropriate for each athlete. I have attended various coaching clinics with LA84 Foundation in track & field for distance training, plyometrics and dynamics, and shot put.

I have competed in many youth National and Junior Olympic Games in both Cross Country and Track & Field.
In high school I set course records for Glendale High School at the Arcadia and Woodbridge courses in cross country.
I currently run with a track club, Falcons ELITE and compete at collegiate level track and cross country races.

I will focus on the unique needs of each individual athlete. Whether its improving running form, developing speed, increasing lactate threshold, building a base, etc., each session will contain three parts: a warm up, the main workout, and a cool down.
Warm ups will be a dynamic warm up including light jogging and drills.
Workouts will vary between athletes but will be focused on the athletes needs.
Cool downs will consist of light jogging, static and dynamic stretching (at this time I will do a reflection and provide feedback to the athlete and make any recommendations if needed).
