Each session is tailored to the athlete’s specific goals, with an emphasis on maximizing touches on the ball and reinforcing proper mechanics. The majority of drills are designed to build muscle memory, improve confidence, and elevate overall performance.
I specialize in technical correction, using slow-motion video analysis to break down mechanics in real-time. This hands-on approach accelerates the learning process and helps athletes make lasting improvements faster.
After drill work, we typically transition into game-like scenarios to apply skills under realistic pressure.
To make the most of our time together, I teach a dynamic warm-up routine during the first session. After that, I ask athletes to arrive already warmed up so we can jump straight into training.

Josh is an exceptional coach. He knows technique, and strategy inside and out. He is able teach in an incredibly positive way and is really fantastic at motivating teens (he’d actually be fantastic for adults, as well!) to grow in their play. Josh looked over my basic skills and found and started fixing some problem areas in just the first session. We found and broke some bad serving and defensive habits, and he suggested a number of ways to practice to solidify these skills.

I'm looking forward to working with him again when I get the chance.
