I am a strength and conditioning professional who has worked with a variety of clientele. My experiences include working at the University of Iowa, Mississippi State, as well as working at smaller Division 3 institutions in the realm of performance training. I currently have the following certifications:
CSCCA- Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW)
NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

I am an endurance athlete specializing in triathlons and road cycling. I compete in Ironman as well as olympic distance triathlons as well as various cycling road races.
My sessions revolve around an individualized plan utilizing various periodization models based on a particular sport or interest of the client. I use various progressions to teach and develop basic skills and proficiencies in order to make my clients move and feel better. Typically a session includes a comprehensive dynamic warmup, a strength and conditioning program, then soft tissue and pre-rehabilitation/preventative work for injury prevention.
