I have played Soccer and Basketball since the time I was 8 years old. I collected numerous honors for both in high school. I was named All-State and All-Conference 2006, 2007, 2008 for the state of CO, as well as being team MVP and Captain for both. In addition to High School Soccer I was Colorado State Champion for club soccer in '08, '09 and '10. I went on to play soccer collegiately for four years at Grand Canyon University.
Will always start each training session by performing a physical assessment to assess muscular imbalances, joint mobility, and fundamental movements patterns. From there I will have a better gage on how to train each client.
1) After assessment I will begin to build a good cardiovascular fitness base and muscular endurance foundation
to build from whether an athlete or not.
2) After the base is built we will always focus on developing the pillars of athleticism: strength, power, speed and
agility.
3) I include lots of resisted speed and strength training.
4) What makes me unique is that I can train anywhere, park or gym and still be effective.
5) I am very aware of both the age and goals of the athlete. Training is not generic to all individuals.
