I have worked with athletes ages 7 to 18, with my primary focus on middle and high school athletes. I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in exercise science.
Texas 6a regional medalist in two events in high school. Member of the Oklahoma State University track and field team, competed in the 200/400/4x400.
Training sessions are personalized to each individual athlete based on his/her strengths, defeciencies, and imbalances. No one size fits all workouts!! Technique work and injury prevention is factored into every session.
