More About Coach Joseph
I have been coaching youth football since I was 16 years old!! Then went on to play at the University of Connecticut (D-1A) as an offensive guard, where a reoccurring injury ceased me from continuing to play. Then became a Student-Coach at UConn for 2 years to finish my degree, where I coached incoming Freshman offensive linemen about the college specific fundamentals. I am now looking to spread my knowledge in the game of football to any ages ranging from youth to high school (or anyone needing that edge on their opponent!). I have a "HeadsUp" certification to be able to teach the game's fundamentals in a safe manner and proper techniques for the safety of all players.
I was All-Conference in high school in Long Island, New York at Chaminade High School. Two year team captain and played both ways. Went on to play for University of Connecticut Huskies where I was a starting right guard as a Redshirt Sophomore until my last knee injury prevented me from continuing to play. Then became a Student Coach to spread my knowledge to the young Freshman O-Lineman and teach them our team's schemes and specific fundamentals at the Division-1 level.
All depending on the specific position being coached, we would start with a proper physical warm-up to get into specific position drills. Where, while running these drills I would explain each and every reason as to why these drills are being run...ensuring that the client understands WHY they are running these drills... I would then transition into different schemes to teach MENTAL AWARENESS, also specific to the schemes of the client's team. We would then go on to some final conditioning (also specific to each position), and finish up with some timed conditioning to be competitive with one's self.

Baldwin Bombers - Long Island, NY (Testimonial)
Joe played with our organization since he was 6 years old until he was 12. He is a legacy to this program and even coached during his high school years. We are very proud to have Joe as a past Baldwin Bomber, and he still visits and helps out when he is here on Long Island. The kids look up to him, and his approach to teaching young children play the game of football while having fun is trait that he carries through and through.
