I have in hand ten years of experience coaching Baseball, Basketball and Football. The levels coached consist of little leagues to College level athletes. My work background includes working with independent clients and in summer Baseball and Basketball leagues ages eleven years old to adults. Industry Certification by WITS Personal Trainer, CPR/AED.

Athletic achievements consist of College level Baseball all American for two consecutive years, City University of New York, Baseball Championships. Honors awarded include Baseball Team Captain, Baseball fitness instructor, The Fastest runner & most Athletic Athlete on the team awarded by the Teammates and Coaches. Competed all throughout New York City boroughs. Won Amateur Mr. Riverbank Body Building Men Physique 2012.

From a typical session with me a client can expect a Professional Trainer that always prioritizes safety, a Trainer with ample knowledge of various exercises to make their workouts both fun and effective developing a positive experience while achieving their goals with confidence. I focus on maintaining a full range of motion, emphasizing on good form, proper posture while instructing weight training and or agility training. Plyometrics is my preference when it comes to drills and techniques to help athletes reach their full potential, make much of Stretching on a daily basis to help maintain flexibility and strong healthy joints.

3 words to describe Coach Jose...DEDICATED, SUPPORTIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! In one session, you can expect to sweat, work hard, have fun, and cool down with some stretching.

I've been working with Coach Jose for about 3 months. Right from the start, Coach Jose made me extremely comfortable. Originally, I was a bit nervous about my ability to achieve my goals. I have a handful of health-related issues and old injuries (some major and others not so much). In order to prevent any further injury, he watched and continues to watch as I complete each exercise to make sure I am performing it correctly. For those exercises that cause pain, he is always able to find a modification or alternative to still get the workout intended for that particular session. In my 20+ sessions, I can honestly say that Coach Jose has not repeated an entire workout. Each workout is different. They incorporate some of the same exercises, but each day is different. I never know what to expect, but I do know that it will always be fun, while still being challenging.

My strength, flexibility, and stamina have all increased as a result of Coach Jose's commitment to my fitness goals.
