My coaching is based on the principles I learned from playing for Cabot High School, North Little Rock High School, Arkansas TECH university, Arkansas Baptist College and through coaching high school football in Temple, Oklahoma, where I was the offensive line and defensive line coach as well as the junior high defensive coordinator. I incorporate the drills I found most helpful as a young high school football coach and former high school / collegiate athlete, where I've played nose guard, off tackle, off guard and center.

I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels, but I especially enjoy the challenge of coaching teenagers,and young adults because with them I can make the biggest difference in their game! My specialties include footwork, drive steps, power steps, pass blocking and most importantly ''HAND PLACEMENT'' over all offensive and defensive line techniques, eliminating unnecessary movement, and developing mental toughness. I focus on teaching when and how to use a move based on the defender’s position and balance. As a offensive lineman or defensive lineman.

I start my sessions with a dynamic warm up, followed by skill, Hand placement body position and footwork development, based on the athletes skills and what is needed to be improved upon. conditioning, stretching and tons of repetition. And most importantly ''encouragement''. Although I am a young coach I am dedicated to the athlete and his or hers dreams, goals and aspirations.
