I have coached kids ages 3-19 in soccer. I am comfortable working with private, small group or large training groups.

I have trained Goalkeepers and field players privately over 7 years. I hold goalkeeper coach licensing from United Soccer Coaches.

I played Division 3 soccer at Emmanuel College. While I was at school, I was a four year starting goalkeeper as well as a two year captain. I earned team MVP my sophomore year at school. I hold numerous single season and career records as a goalkeeper on the team. During my senior year I was on the Greater New England Athletic Conference (GNAC) All - Academic Conference Team .

I have my players get a ton of touches on the ball. I also make sure there is dialogue between myself and the clients that I train. I give them objectives each session. I believe this helps them understand the training we are doing together. I encourage my players to ask questions and provide feedback for me.

Throughout my playing days I understood the importance about practicing and working on building habits. My goal for my clients is they can learn and grow as an individual and incorporate into their sessions with me and whenever they play!

My teen daughter has only done a few sessions with Jonny so far but she has already seen improvement in the areas she asked to work on. If she makes a mistake Jonny corrects her and gets her pumped up to try again. She really likes this quality about his coaching and I suspect it has a lot to do with why she is making progress with him. I was actually signing into CoachUp to schedule some more sessions with him when the option to rate/review came up so we obviously like working with him enough to continue. From a parent perspective he has been easy to work with. He's a good communicator - confirms appointments and replies to messages in a timely manner. We give Jonny 5 out of 5 stars.
