• Recruitment.
• Supervision of athletes, maintenance practice facility and equipment. Provide assistance and guidance to athletes.
• Encourage a desire to win, an attitude of good sportsmanship, personal pride, and pride for their university.

Coach Training at EKKE gym in Spain from 2018 to 2021.
• Promoted proper stretching, warmups, and conditioning exercises to prevent sport injuries.

Provide them with honest and direct feedback, helping them to see their strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas for growth. Flexibility and adaptation. I will help hold them accountable to their goals and action plan, and help them stay focused and motivated as they work towards their objectives. An open willingness to talk and take risks. A desire to learn, improve, and move forward. I will provide a clear training plan. This plan should be built for each of them and their schedule, goals, time, etc. The plan would be easy to understand and follow. I will push them towards their goals, with workouts and recovery that fit their needs. I will pick them up when they are feeling down. If they are suffering any pain or injuries, I will plan a rehabilitation process for them as I have studies physiotherapist as well and I have knowledge about it.

I had Jone as a training partner at Eastern Kentucky University and I can say that she is someone special to me. She cares about her friends, she supports me on my worst days, she pushes me in every training session and helps me get through them. She is a true friend who cares about her friends on a daily basis. Although a great distance separates us right now, I can always count on her. I was Jone's coach at Eastern Kentucky University. Jone was a disciplined, humble athlete, a friend of her friends and very obedient and respectful. I loved training her, since she never complained about anything, she showed a positive attitude and created a great atmosphere in the group. In each training session, she tried to get the best out of herself and help her training partners. She tried to lead the group, she was a role model for the other athletes on the team since she managed to improve herself in each competition, she was humble and always willing to help others. I had many conversations with her, where she always showed me her enthusiasm to be a coach in the future. Running and helping other people achieve their goals and objectives has always been a dream to fulfill for her. In addition, she understands a lot about sports injuries, by studying the double degree of Physiotherapy and Sports Science, she knows the causes of most injuries and always finds a solution and rehabilitation plan to solve it. She has been an athlete since she was 8 years old, so she knows that she has good and bad days in training but she always tries to make the best of each day and look for something positive in every situation. She is very understanding and knows how to empathize with people. I am sure that with the mentality and attitude that she has she will achieve all of her goals.
