I have been Coaching football privately at the midget league, junior, and high school level on and off the last six years, looking to getting into it full time, or on a more continuous basis. I am also CPR/AED certified through the American Heart association, as well as certified in
Competed at the High school level and at the semi professional level in West Virginia. Winning both a league and National championship at the Semi Pro level of play with the West Virginia Lightning from 2008-2010. I played at the Defensive Back, Running Back and Slot receiver positions.
We will start out with 15-20 min of warmup drills and cardio, followed by 40 min of skill technique and adjustments. At the end of the week we will take 15-20 min to learn more terminology of the game as well as giving the student athlete a better understanding of the defenders job across from him to develop a better athlete.
