I like to learn about the athlete first position, strengths, weaknesses.. then based upon that I will help him become a more well rounded player polishing his strengths and drastically improving his weaknesses asking him to do various drills and fundamentals then giving my own take on what he should do to improve. Having played in high school as well as the collegiate level I have great knowledge of the game in which I can share with my clients in hopes to get them to the collegiate level, High School Varsity, or the starting team of their recreation league.
