More About Coach Jonathan
Since the age of 17, I have worked under "Complete Quarterback", a quarterback development camp that travels across the United States. Through these camps and meeting other young athletes in the Massachusetts area, I have provided individual quarterback training since being out of high school. In addition, being the son of Everett High School football coach John DiBiaso, when home from school at Dartmouth College I work with Everett athletes both in the weight room and on the field specifically quarterbacks and receivers.
As a high school quarterback at Everett High School I was apart of two Massachusetts state championship teams in both 2010 and 2011. Being the Boston Globe Player of the Year, Fox 25 News Player of the Year, Gatorade Player of the Year and ESPN Mr Football award winner, I set the Massachusetts single season and career touchdown passing record in 2011. After my high school career, I chose to attend Dartmouth College over offers from Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, and Holy Cross. Now in my sophomore season, I have unfortunately suffered from two elbow surgeries the past two seasons, but I am looking forward to getting back on the field for my last three seasons of eligibility.
As somebody who is currently playing at collegiate football level (Ivy League, D1AA), I hope to install sessions very much similar to those that I have received at both Dartmouth College and Everett High School, along with some other things that I have picked up along the way.
A typical session would include:
- Dynamic Warm-up
- Agility Drills
- Hand Eye Coordination Ball Drills
- Footwork
- Drop backs
- Throwing Fundamentals
- Technique Corrections (Both Drills and Video)
- Passing Tree
- Conditioning/Finisher
- And I always like to end sessions in some kind of competition
Being only 20 years old, I personally believe that I can relate to both younger kids and high school athletes very well and get everything out of them in every session. As someone who is very competitive, energetic, and currently plays at a high level of football, I love to compete with my clients helping to push them to get better.
