More About Coach Johnny
Currently, I am actively involved in playing while also gaining coaching experience by leading an AAU team and providing training to multiple children over the past two summers. Additionally, I am completing an internship under Coach Marcus, my mentor. Upon graduation, my goal is to pursue a full-time training position within his company. I have experience working with various age groups.
My athletic journey has been marked by resilience and continuous improvement. Despite challenges early on, including attending two junior colleges and taking a redshirt year at a Division 2 school, I successfully leveraged my dedication and skill development to earn a scholarship at my current institution. This experience not only demonstrates my commitment to overcoming obstacles but also underscores my ability to adapt and thrive in competitive environments.
The format of my training sessions is customized based on the specific athletic needs and goals of each individual or group. I tailor my approach to address their specific areas for improvement and desired outcomes. Additionally, I focus on teaching essential skills that are crucial for success in team environments.
