I started a football training business called "Crafted Athletes" and i've been training high school athletes since last year, and recently accepted the Defensive line coaching job at Gahanna Lincoln High School. I've volunteered for football camps over the years for teammates and helped coach the younger players on the college and NFL teams i've played for. I will be training age groups 12 and up (Middle school, high school, and collegiate Athletes).

Drafted in the 2012 NFL draft with the 87th overall pick i started my 6 year NFL career with the Cleveland Browns (2012-2016). I also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2016) and the New Orleans Saints (2017). I played college football at the University of Cincinnati under head coach Brian Kelly. While at Cincinnati, we won 3 Big East championships and appeared in 2 BCS bowl games (2008 Orange Bowl and 2009 Sugar Bowl).

Crafted Athletes teaches the art of football with workout sessions that primarily focus on football specific training, hand combat (football combatives) and pass rush techniques. The first session will be a consultation where we can assess strengths and areas of improvement to maximize your personalized training sessions.
