I have numerous years of training and coaching athletes. I am experienced on both the high school and youth level. The locations where I have coached are throughout Central Ohio and the Ohio Valley. I do not limit myself on any age groups, I just asks of two things: IF HE OR SHE CAN WALK/RUN AND TALK. I will do the rest! In the state of Ohio I am certificated to coach through OSHAA and have my First Aid/CPR qualifications.

A client can expect a fundamental and educational session with me, I want to make sure he or she has all the tools they need to be success on and off the field. My preimere focus is Offensive and Defensive Linemen. I can not give out my sercet sauce but I can make he or she into best they can be if they follow the plan.
