Placed in the Big East Outdoor Track Championships - also many regular season meets as well.
Began coaching in Football and Track after graduation.

1. Short Meeting - outlining objectives of the practice session/workout. Expectations for the emotional, physical and mental intensity will be defined.
- Workout will be filmed/ recorded
2. Proper warm-up
3. Part to whole approach - all agility, training, technical drills will be performed and directed toward the practice objectives.
4. Review and assessment. Athletes will be corrected and reviewed during drills, but each session will end with an assessment of progress.
