13 years of Professional Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention, and Performance Training experience (2 yrs NCAA, 2 yrs NFL, 4 yrs NHL, 5 years Private sector) with over 500 high school, collegiate, elite, and professional athletes. Previous experiences include Assistant Athletic Trainer at Boston College and the New England Patriots, Director of Rehabilitation for the Los Angeles Kings, Director of Strength and Conditioning at Sports and Physical Therapy Associates, and Founder and owner of Stadium Performance - the most comprehensive strength and conditioning facility in Boston.
Three sport High School athlete (Football, Basketball - Captain, Baseball - Captain), four year collegiate basketball player (Captain) at Castleton State College - awarded Student-athlete of the year, member of the 2004 Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots Sports Medicine staff (awarded SB ring), recognized as youngest Director of Rehabilitation in the NHL (2007).
I train with a lower body dominant philosophy and a primary focus on single leg concentric/eccentric relationships. I work on developing a mental and physically intense environment while enlisting subjective pain management parameters and detailed, sport specific conditioning programs that exceed the demands of competition. Simply put, you will train with specific goals in mind and I will ensure you are granted the opportunity to achieve them. Specialties include: Conducting functional, aggressive, protocols while building the bridge between strength, conditioning, & Sports Med. Protocols incorporate player education, psychological awareness, nutrition, and pattern deficient Individual maintenance routines. These workout regimens are a culmination of my experience with hundreds of professional and collegiate athletes who have met the expectations put forth by coaches and general managers like Bill Belichick, Tom O'Brien, Charlie Weis, Mark Crawford, Terry Murray, Scott Pioli, and Dean Lombardi.
