I teach a high energy class. It all starts with a warmup in the technique being studied. Then, with bigger movements we explore more possibilities and more difficult sequences. I often give students time to make up something of their own in a dance class, not in a fitness class. All classes end with a stretch session.

Coach Jocelyn was amazing with my 8 year old twins. They loved the individual attention that she gave them and the feedback. They went straight home and practiced.

I've said it before but I'll say it again Jocelyn is amazing. Both of my girls look forward to working with her and i can see how much their learning each week when they come home and practice. She knows what she's doing but most importantly she teaches with knowledge and love. Don't know what I would do without her!!!!

My 10 year old daughter just loved Jocelyn. She took the explain the proper prep positions and other dance terminology I have no clue about but my daughter did. She is already practicing what Jocelyn taught her and waiting for me to schedule the next appointment.

Jocelyn Isaac is both a challenging and compassionate teacher. She knows her stuff. She loves to teach and has big heart.
