More About Coach Jim

I have been a strength & performance coach for over 7 years. I have coached youth athletes to professional athletes and everything in between. I was owner of a gym for 5 years and branched out on my own and am the owner of ChiFiiT Performance. The majority of my athletes are grammar school, high school & college with a handful of professionals sprinkled in. I am a certified personal trainer, certified in sports performance & strength and conditioning as well as group fitness.

I played DIII college football as a wide receiver at Benedictine University and in Ireland. I fought the injury bug most of my career and the best I felt throughout my career is when I started implementing sports performance/ injury prevention techniques into my training.

Full dynamic warmup, mobility/ flexibility segment, we will then get into the workout for the day, followed by either a core based, cardio based or muscular based finisher and a foam rolling cool down segment. Depending on the scenario we will utilize the recovery tools I have, cold plunge, sauna, normatecs, cupping, Grayson etc.
