More About Coach Jhad

From 2006 until present I’ve coached football at North Hollywood High School as a wide receiver coach and an offensive coordinator. Over these years I’ve coached multiple receivers who put up over 1,000 yards and 10+ touchdowns in a season. Multiple all city and all conference players and many other award winners at the position of receiver. I’ve worked with athletes at the collegiate level who were preparing for their combined and pro days who put up solid times in the 40 yard dash and solid performances in their position drills. I work with all age groups, so if they’re willing to learn I’m willing to teach.

I played high school football at Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, CA, and at Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, OR where I started as a true freshman.

All sessions will start with a dynamic warm up to prepare the body for the workload of the session. After a complete warm up we will go into speed drills to improve footwork and running technique. That will be followed up by position specific drills and focus on improved change of direction to increase their overall level of athleticism on the field. Then we will get into a cool down and reinforce the focus of the session and where we can improve for the next session.
