More About Coach Elisha “Coach Mac”
My experience in coaching ranges from being a physical education teacher at a Montessori school for eight (8) years. I currently work with grades K - 8th. I also do private training or group training with children from six (6) to sixteen (16) years of for the last 20 years. I coach all levels from beginners to advance.
I was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Minnesota State University in 2018. Drafted in the NBA after college by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Played for the Knicks, Pistons, Clippers, Bullets before I played 20 years oversees in Europe.
Each session is about an hour or an hour and a half. The first 20 minutes we mainly focus on strength, agility conditioning; running, sit ups, push ups, medicine ball, etc. Then, we work on the three (3) main components; ball handling, defense and shooting.
