More About Coach Jerry
I have been fortunate to have experience at the college level, traveling teams and recreational teams. I have worked with age groups of all kinds. I have coached at several basketball camps that include Iroquois Springs Camps, NBC Camps, Nike Las Vegas basketball camps, and Colorado Northwestern Summer Basketball camps. I currently run youth basketball leagues from ages 6-15. My age group I have typically worked with are 9-17 years old. I am currently a member of the NABC and a Certified Youth Sports Administrator.
I am not a real decorated college or pro athlete, but with the skills I have learned and my ability to coach and make players better is my biggest accomplishments I have earned.
My athletes will come in and we will run through some basic warm up drills to get loose. The drills that will be conducted will be specific dribbling, shooting and passing drills. We will also have some conditioning aspects to our workout as well. Overall the athlete will leave feeling like they have had a full practice and touched on needed skills or introduced to some new ones.
