First I will like to say if you not trying to get better then I am not the guy for you.

But if you are trying to get better then I am the guy for you.

Anything that has to do with getting speed, form work, and lifting I know. Every person is different but you will get great results in return.

But, a session will must likely have to do with working on your Technique, endurance runs, lifting, and a lot of stretching so that is BASE WORK. All them things will help you get ready for sprinting workouts: 6x 80, 3x150, and 3x300 working hard beats Talent. So let's make a deal for you can get to where you need to be!

My daughter loved training with Jerrell. High recommend. Bloomington, MN

Very impressed, my daughter thought he was very funny, and made us both feel very comfortable, I definitely would highly recommend him..

Coach Jerrell did a great job teaching my daughter. She had learned great form and techniques from him. I would definitely have him do more sessions with my daughter.

My daughter learned some great pointers and Coach Jerrell has given her insight to things she needs to work on for more speed.

I trained with Jerrell H. this past August and September and improved very much at my meet. I went from a 12.97 in the 100 meter dash to a 12.55 and from 27.96 in the 200 meter dash to a 25.8. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer
I was struggling with my times. I was consistently running in the low 11's knowing that to make it to state I needed to improve, My parents brought on Jerrell to my training team and within a few coaching sessions I had dropped my time to a 10.78. Jerrell is a mentor, a friend and a talented coach." Rhett Streeter, Senior Le Sueur Henderson High School.
I've been in track for a long time, ever since freshmen year. I've always loved to run, I even looked like I was a good runner, but for some reason I was never able to break this cap in my running. This year I am blessed to say I was able to compete in the Minnesota state track meet, and I can honestly credit that to coach Tremaine for giving me the opportunity as the head coach, God for being my strength and my rock, and coach Jerell Hancock for actually working with me. Before I met Jerell I was running 56-57 second 400m races. Nothing competitive. But one day after a meet, Jerell approached me and simply told me to adjust my arms when I run, really work on keeping my hands relaxed and going forward. The next meet, the New Richmond Relay meet, I was an alternative put in by Tremaine a couple hours before the race. That meet, keeping those few words from Jerell in mind, I ran a PR of 52.8 seconds. The times only came down after that because I basically threw myself at him, the more time I was dropping the more determined I became. He really worked with that. I have a lot of people to thank for my journey as a runner, but none helped me get to where I want to be as drastically as Jerell did for me. And or that I am incredibly thankful.
