More About Coach Jerred
I have worked with youth athletes all the way up to the collegiate level. Some of the former college athletes I worked with are now playing professionally and others have received nationally recognized awards. I have worked in private/commercial facilities as well as in the University setting. I typically work with youth - high school athletes. I currently hold a certification in Speed and Agility training (CSAC) and I am working on obtaining my CSCS, TSAC-F & others.
I was a former D1 recruited athlete. I played football and basketball all the way up until I went to college. I played sports in Winston-Salem NC. At the end of my sophomore year I received an invite to the Blue-Grey Combine at Prohelific park (NC). After a great performance I was invited to the Blue-Grey Super combine at the NFL Hall of Fame stadium in Canton Ohio. My junior year I received preseason all county recognition and was a defensive captain for the football team.
