I am an active personal trainer, functional strength, running and triathlon coach. I also coach a local running club. My passion is helping others achieve new levels of fitness and performance. I thoroughly believe in bringing out the best performance in every athlete, no matter the current fitness level or physical limitation. I am an Ironman triathlete and have also competed in many other endurance events. I'm also a current sub-3 hour marathoner, Boston Marathon finisher, ultra-runner and avid cyclist.

Session plans differ with each client. During the initial assessment, we will discuss current fitness and determine goals based on a number of factors. Whether your goal is to complete in your first 5K or qualify for the Boston Marathon, a plan for success will be discussed. Online, one-on-one and group plans are available.
