More About Coach Jennifer

I have coached adults and youth for the past 20 years. Middle School, High School, College, and Recreational. I have trained athletes and clients in Ohio, Colorado, and Florida. Anyone enthusiastic about running is a fit for me. I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Sport Coach through NASM.

I have competed collegiately in Cross-Country and Track as well as tan half-marathons, duathlons, triathlons, Spartan Races, and many more athletic events.

I will run with you and teach you how to run through drills, techniques, and fun tools. You will learn how to use proper form, pick the right shoes, and have the confidence to run a race or any distance you choose.
