Jennifer Castro (Jenny) takes a proactive approach to health and wellness by integrating fitness, nutrition and health coaching into all of her programs. Jennifer has experience coaching diverse individual and group populations in community, corporate, and private settings to include seniors, women, youth, athletes and weekend warriors. She has over ten years of experience creating and implementing fitness and nutrition programs for local schools, after-school programs and camps teaching children the importance of creating healthy habits at a young age.
Jennifer received her formal education through The American Academy of Personal Training studying Exercise Science while obtaining added credentials as a Certified Health Coach, Youth Fitness Specialist, Personal Fitness Chef and Food Allergy Specialist. She is currently finishing a dual degree in Public Health and Nutrition to become a Certified Health Education Specialist.
