More About Coach Jennifer

I have spent 5 years coaching AAU (Ages: 10-17) under the CJ Hawks organization. 1 year assisting at the collegiate level for SUNY POLY. USAB certified. Vertimax Certified. 94feetofgame certified.

I played 4 years at the D3 collegiate level for SUNYPOLY(SUNYIT). I was a multi sport athlete, playing lacrosse and running cross country. Granted team captain in sophomore year, and invited to represent my athletic program at the NCAA leadership conference. I love the game, and still play whenever I can.

I like multipurpose drills to work on several skills at one time. This exposes weaknesses which can be focused on in separate drill. I believe in less drills, more game speed reps until execution is exceptional. Shooting, finishing at the basket, defense, handling and conditioning can be expected, but sessions will vary depending on the player's needs.

Equipment: Basketballs (each player should bring their own), cones, resistance bands.

Location/Facility: If the temperature is above 45°, outdoor training can be expected at a local park (weather permitting). I have no problem traveling.
