I am a passionate runner dedicated to support any runner, any pace & any distance. I specialize in building training plans that are well rounded to help you reach your goals. I incorporate yoga & mobility into my plans to help both the mind & body. My number one goal is for you to experience joy in your running while dreaming big and reaching goals. Together we will build a training plan that builds fitness and confidence.
I have always been into athletics playing soccer, softball and basketball. I was team captain of my college soccer team at Misericordia University. After college I continued on my adventure with fitness, I have obtained my yoga teaching certificate, certified personal trainer, and a certified running coach. I have ran three half marathons, one marathon, and a handful of 5ks and 10ks.
My coaching is primarily done virtually, and coaching plans are delivered to athletes via TrainingPeaks, which allows the athlete to provide feedback on how they're feeling and responding to the training. I focus on the whole athlete, and not just the running, as the success of an athlete is also dependent on how they are sleeping, fueling, etc. When an athlete reaches out to me, I will provide a questionnaire for them to fill out so that I can get a sense of their current running fitness, goals, lifestyle habits, etc. prior to delivering a plan. We will also have a short phone call to get to know one another and ensure a good coach-athlete fit before committing. I deliver plans on a weekly basis, and they can be tweaked any time based on athlete feedback. I enjoy being in constant communication with my athletes, and always available for questions/advice.
