I posses hands on experience, starting at the age of 5yrs when I played for the Queens, NY Falcons then went into Semi Pro league in Astoria Queens ( Jets, Under Coach Chet ) I fully knowledgeable in all positions, my expertise are linebacker and DL/OL, at 300lbs I have always worked on being explosive and fast in the mentioned positions, that is what set me apart from the rest and became great at the sport. I own a full 6000 sqft MMA facility where I run all my training, for conditioning and power.
