It is with genuine and sincere enthusiasm of mine to recommend Coach Jeff Ford as one of the very best technique instructors and coaches for young , up and coming high school, middle school players and/or those slightly younger in our current era of football . In today’s modern era of football, on all levels, I see disturbing evidence of young coaches who are highly interested in hurrying to become the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Bucs or New England Patriots and if they have to run over anyone or everyone along the way to get there in record breaking time (never mind taking the time to show these young kids how to get in a proper stance) then they are merely moving toward an extremely hollow experience. Coach Jeff Ford is the furthest type of coach as what I describe in the above remarks. With my ongoing advanced psychological methods and practices I have been able to read people accurately for many decades. I can quickly determine their general sincerity, their genuine enthusiasm and attitude for what they do with their life’s work. I can eventually see if one has a “hidden agenda “for what he does. In the case of Coach Jeff Ford , in executing private instruction to youth league players , it is my sincere interpretation that he would treat a young 5th grader with the same enthusiasm to work with him as he would one of the Super Bowl Champion , Tampa Bay Buccaneers , coming to him for private technique work . As a long- time specialist of QB - Receiver performance I have spent a great deal of time in conversation with Coach Ford about the critically winning ingredients of quarterback play. I know that he is fully committed and well versed on ALL of the special traits and characteristics needed fundamentally for the young kids ——- all systems that many of the high school, middle schoolers, or grade schoolers are operating from currently , so that his technique work with them is always fully applicable .
