Coach Jeffery worked with my 11 year old son on very short notice over the Thanksgiving week. We discussed what my son needed to work on and Coach Jeffery designed the practice time to meet his needs. One hour is never enough, but Coach Jeffery gave my son many tips about playing defense and two new drills to work on. I love the opening prayer and he constantly encouraged my son and made sure he had plenty of water breaks. In between, it was all business, with hard effort and lots of sweat. Coach Jeffery is the perfect mixture of skills, talent, and old school hard work. My son couldnt stop talking about Coach Jeffery after we left. It is so wonderful to have another positive male role model. We will be back!

Great coaching session. On my son’s first session, Coach Jeffery provided knowledge about the court, conditioning, and basic basketball skills. Coach was very patient and made sure my son understood what he needed to do and how to do it and gave reason if needed. He was very encouraging and was great with building confidence within my son.

Amazingly, my son, who doesn’t like to run, wants me to book more sessions (as I shall).

If you are looking for a BB coach, look no further, Coach Jeffery is awesome! When my 11 year old daughter asked if she could play basketball, I knew I had to get her a coach to learn the fundamentals. After joining CU, I was connected with Coach Jeffery with absolutely no regrets. Yes, I admit, I read all of his reviews prior to booking and just as others have said he really is the best! He has patience with a calming spirit while pushing her to her highest potential. First, this was me and my son first time to experience a personal coach. And It was MORE then what we expected. Coach Jeffery was GREAT... He first explain to my son that basketball is not just physical training but mental training as well. You have to get the mental aspects and nutrition of it all. He went over everything that I told him my son had issues with and things he seen such as footwork, how to handle the ball, dribble, basic dribble moves with passing, and shooting correctly. My son can't wait until his next training!!!

Wow!! Wasn't sure how much 1:1 coaching would help but I was amazed!! Coach Jeffery really delivered!! His approach of building the player in mind, body and spirit is the perfect balance. My son is almost 6'7", 15 yrs old, body bigger than him. In just one session he was smoother and more in tune w his moves. Coach brought to life his place on the court. Had a 'fall ball' type game this am and several comments made on how Jon was really going for it!! Coach is up front about what he expects and came across in a way that made Jon work harder!! Jon is painfully shy....lets just say less shy now!! Teaching in all manners is a gift and calling and Coach not only knows the game inside and out but has a true gift for teaching young men in a way that they listen!! Coach Jeffery is an excellent trainer!! After only one session, I already see a difference in my sons skill level and over all performance. Coach Jeffery opens and ends each session with prayer. He stressed the importance that one should never cheat in anything that he/she do in life. The techniques and drills that Coach Jeffery uses are techniques that are used by colleges and professional athletes. I am very pleased with everything that Coach Jeffery had to offer to my son.
