Over the past several years I have hosted a free camp in New York city coaching young kids ages 10-18 I've also worked and or trained with college an professional athletes

I attended Syracuse university on full scholarship a division 1 power conference school was a four year letterman and started every game after my freshman season. My senior year I was named team captain and selected as most outstanding defensive lineman on team as well as receiving all conference All-ACC honors as being one of only 3 defensive tackles in the FBS with 10 or more sacks. Following my senior season I was selected by the New York Giants in the 3rd round of the NFL draft pick 74th overall. I am a 5 year vested NFL veteran

I believe that all training begins with fundamentals a core group of skills that lay the ground work for producing a productive player or athlete. Focusing on every aspect of the game down to understanding what the player should be looking at sessions will be detailed never leaving clients not understanding the why of the drill. Technique is the bridge that allows average players to become good and good players to become great and it shortens the gap between the more and less gifted. Myself being a player who needed technique to close the gap can assure that the goal is to maximize an athletes ability from experience I have gained from the highest levels of Football.
